3. What is this notice for?
We collect certain personal data about the people who have participated surveys managed by us or subscribed to our newsletter. 

We collect personal data, for example, to be able to share information about the Nordic Business Ethics Survey and about the Nordic Business Ethics Network activities. This Privacy Notice explains in more detail what data do we collect and how do we use such data.

4. What data do we collect and how do we use such data?
We collect the following information from the e-mail subscribers at and

For the companies who use our service to conduct Workplace Ethics Survey for their employees, we might collect their employee e-mail addresses based on a separate agreement. Those e-mail addresses are only used to manage the employee participation to the survey, and we do not use them to track individual survey responses. We offer the survey also via open link where no personal data is gathered. 

Data on website subscribers is stored with Wix. We use a Finnish service provider Koodiviidakko for the e-mail communications to distribute our newsletter.

5. Transfer of data outside of the EEA
Data on website subscribers (e-mail address) is stored by Wix, inc., a U.S. based website service provider. Wix privacy policy can be found at 

6. How long do we store your data?
We store the data only as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. Since this period depends on the case at hand, we review the necessity of our data regularly and erase the data when it is no longer needed. Anyone who receives our communication may unsubscribe any time via the link in the e-mail.

7. What rights do you have?
You have the right to request accessing, erasing and correcting your personal data processed by us as well as send us any other requests based on then applicable data protection laws such as request restriction of processing of the data. Further, you always have the right to prohibit us from sending newsletters or other marketing messages to you. Please send any requests concerning your data to the email addresses set out above in Section 2.

8. How do we secure your data?
All personal data we collect is considered confidential. Access to the data is strictly authorized via passwords.

9. Changes to this Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as we improve our website and operations. The updated notice will be made available on our website.
